I was rushed in and out for no reason and I felt the customer service was subpar. The lady that appeared to be the manager came up and said "we never do $4.00, we can do $2.00." Again, I understand the coupon was not for their location and they have no duty to accept it, but the fact that they refused to honor it did not make me feel like my business was wanted. I understand the coupon is for a different location, but I have gone to many different locations over the years and the coupons are ALWAYS accepted so I felt I never needed to change the primary location in my profile. But on top of this, I go to check out and show them the $4.00 off coupon I had received in a Supercuts "valued guest" email. I felt like it was the most minimal activity that she could have done and for that reason alone I would not come back. The stylist did not ask me any of the usual questions about my neckline, sideburns or a warm towel, etc. Despite no reason to rush, I literally received the fastest, most rushed haircut I have ever received at a Supercuts in over 20 years of going to their businesses.
There were no other customers in the salon the entire time I was there and there were multiple employees there. I just moved into the area and came to this Supercuts for the first time.
